Dr. Vincent Sacco, DO

Dr. Sacco was a great doctor. The problem was with the staff sometimes and now at this time. I have called and left messages and even faxed a letter that I did not recieve my medicals which I paid for. Doctor's and People can not believe they sent them certified without a siganture. They are out their somewhere with all my information that could use my credit and use my identiy for their use. If they called or sent a letter with the tracking I could track the evelope. There is no doubt that I'm not the only one that did not recieve their medical records. I seen other reviews with the same. If anyone reading this has any idea how I can find my records or get in contact with a certian peron I would appreciate it. I pray every day that they will contact me. It's almost a month with no response.

I was a patient of Dr Sacco's for over 20 years. It is a shame that he allows his unprofessional office staff to ruin the relationships he had with his patients. Over the past few years Dr Sacco has allowed his staff to continually act unprofessionally by displaying poor manners to patients and not returning phone calls from patients, other medical providers or pharmacies requesting RX refill approvals. I tried discussing this with Dr Sacco before leaving his practice but he has little care for what I said. Dr Sacco no longer has his patients best interest and care as a priority. Look elsewhere for your primary care.

They don't answer their phones or call you back when you leave messages.Called 10/31. 11/2 11/6 11/8 all with no call back . Disgrace I just want my records.

Overall, I was very well taken care of starting at the front office and later by Dr. Sacco. Everyone was very nice, respectful, and genuinely caring. The office provided a good atmosphere to put me at ease.

I have been a patient with Dr. Sacco since he began practice 32 years ago. He is an excellent doctor who listens to his patients. The doctor does not rush and his is very thorough. The office follows up with patients when required. I moved away from the area but still go this practice. I feel he is a doctor that has genuine concern for his patients.

After using this dr for decades for our family care, he and his office completely failed to provide care, guidance, or help during our most difficult and scariest times. We BEGGED to speak with the dr or get an appointment and had nothing but doors slammed in our faces. Find another Dr, especially if you want care for your loved ones.

Dr Sacco and his staff are AWESOME! They always respond to our needs and i am proud to say that not only are we pleased with them, but we try to pass the word to others about his and his staff's great service. Thanks Doc, Barb, Anna, and all for what you do!!

Dr. Sacco and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional. You receive top notch service and care every visit. Most pleased with the care that we receive.

Office staff is always friendly and accommodating. Dr Sacco is the best! I would recommend him to anyone

Dr Sacco very caring and professional. Great bed side manners. He needs to work on finding some better office personnel. There’s one that is so rude it’s a complete turn off.

I have been seeing Dr. Sacco for almost 30 years! He is an extremely caring, knowledgeable and thorough doctor. He knows me and my health background and I trust him 100%. His staff are also great!! Even after moving to Quakertown, I still travel to his office in Philly to see him.

Dr. Sacco has always treated me like I was important to him. . He will inquire and update his files about the treatment I receive from the specialist I see, he also sends updates to them . He has always been proactive in my treatment. I have been his patient for 25 years. I recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Sacco has significantly changed his policies and if you are not happy then they drop you. I have been a long term patient and the office staff has been very rude and not nice when they are questioned. Doctor Sacco will remove you as a patient if you ask any questions. I would NOT recommend going there. They are unprofessional, rude and you cannot even speak to the doctor! The office staff has major attitude problems when a patient is remotely surprised by something!!!!!!

My Husband and I have been with Dr. Säcco for at least 20 years maybe more. We love Dr. Säcco. The Problem is the office staff and office a Manager. They are rude, speak down to you, are not very helpful when you have a question. His office staff has changed quite often since we started with him and each time they got worse. They will not allow you to speak with him or give him any messages to call you back. I would recommend him if not for his office staff.

I would recommend him in a second but his office manager is awful. She is rude and the staff makes you feel like messages aren’t delivered to the Dr. in the manner that you relayed it. If you could see him without having to deal with the staff then 100% recommend him. Unfortunately you deal with the staff more than the Dr. so I suggest basing your choice on that information.

I will say that Dr. Sacco is an excellent doctor. However I received a bill from 2004 and when I inquired why I was just receiving it 3 and a half years later I was told there was an issue with an outside billing agency. At that time I had a pay flex card to pay it. Now I don’t. I was very upset because what may seem like a small bill to some is a lot to my family at the moment. 3 days worth of food for us in a time of financial time due to layoff. Staff hasn’t been the same in a long time.

Dr Sacco has been my primary physician for more than 20 years. When his practice moved I stayed with him and if he should move again I will follow. I have referred him to many people including my husband. I took my kids there as soon as they were of age and as adults they've chose health care benefits that allow them to continue to see him. He explains everything to you in laymans termyou never leave confused about your health issue and he is very personable you will never feel uncomfortable.

His office staff is very friendly and explained everything i needed to know about my follow up care. The Doctor listened to me and my issues and didn't treat me as patient 27 of the day. I felt very at ease.

Barbara the Office Manager for over 20 years and Roberta the receptionist and Nursing Assistant have always been extremely kind, helpful, courteous and gone above and beyond for me and my family. Dr. Sacco has also been very good and listens well to your ailments.

Barb, the office manager is enough to make me never visit or recommend this office to any of my family and friends. She was absolutely rude and should not be speaking to the public, ever.
