This rating is for his staff, not for the Doctor
While I think Dr. Tarantola was very thorough and took is time to explain my health situation to me, I am leaving because of his staff. They are not reliable because they do not return your calls in a non-emergency situation. The office opens at 10:00am, however they do not take their phones off answering service and still at many times it is still on answering service by 10:30am. I have left many messages for the staff to call me with their answering service, but to no avail. It is a shame that the doctor is not aware of the incompetence of his staff and I wonder how many other patients have left because of this reason.
