great doctor
He is a great doctor. Caring, thorough, good communication. But that's where it ends. His staff sucks. Yes they are friendly. But they don't follow through. I've been waiting 2 weeks for a call back to get a machine. I spoke with his office and the supplier. The supplier can't schedule anything without the order from the doctors office. After repeated calls to his office and to his recommended supplier I'm still waiting. Find a different doctor, it shouldn't be this hard.

Dr Viscomi has bben my sleep doc for over 20 years and I love him. The only problem I've had is with the unfriendly staff and not being able to pay my copay when at the office.

I don’t know what is wrong with this office. Dr. Viscomi seems to be ok as a Dr. But after my first visit all I’ve seen is his PA. My problem is with the office. They can NEVER get my CPAP supply prescription to my medical supply company in a timely manner and without either I call several times, or go to the office and complain. I’m waiting now on an order for supplies I need very badly and can’t even talk to anyone in the office or get them to call back. I’ve called 3 times in the past week and a half and my medical supply company can’t send my order because of this same old problem. I’m looking at changing doctors for that reason alone.

The visits are okay, but the record keeping has been a nightmare as they are shuffling my file between office locations, thereby causing me unnecessary delays in getting my broken Cpap replaced. I am suffering because the paperwork should have been expedited when a referral was requested for insurance purposes. I filed a grievance with Cigna on this.

After my first year established with my C-PAP, always had to be seen by a nurse practitioner as Dr. Viscomi mostly sees getting new patients established. Overall the office is very good.

Wait time is inconsiderate. Two hours of my time. He should be paying me. Is the staff too incompetent to make reasonable appointments?

I love Dr. Viscomi. He spent time with me explaining in detail about my test results. He took time to treat me n make sure I understood. Bed side manners means a lot to me and to know that my Dr. Cares about my health. It's been long time that I had a Dr. To spend almost 30mins with me n making me feel relax n not scare. Yes I do think office calls should be better esp when dinner hour over. That doesn't n shouldn't affect him as a Dr..he great Dr

Dr. Viscomi is a great doctor, but difficulty getting in touch with staff. Calls often go to voicemail. Miscommunication is often a problem. They have told me they have called on 2 separate occasions and they did not because I have been waiting by my phone(s) and all other calls have come through or the home phone has messages. I tried to get prescriptions starting on Monday and they still did not have them ready by Friday in time for me to get them.

This Office has extremely high wait times on appointments ... The last two times I was there I waited over an hour at both locations ... I definitely don't recommend this office. I was told that my sleep study would be covered with financial assistance and was not now I am in the hook for over $3500... Don't waste your time ... Find another sleep Doctor
