Dr Bapna has been excellent throughout my time with her. She is patient and really cares about her patients. I trust her diagnosis, she has been on spot every single time. Highly satisfied with her level of care.

Dr. Bapna was instrumental in discovering a potentially life threatening disease, and helping to find an oncologist who agreed to begin treatment immediately. The results are that, after a year, all of my tests are now within acceptable boundaries.

Originally had to see this Dr. due to current one retiring. First meeting was great, went over past history, meds, etc... Fast forward to first time a refill was needed. it took almost 5 days for her to even look at it, then another few days to get it to the pharmacy,. Next she changed dosing without any warning, conversation, or even a discussion. She ordered an at home study, got the results, called and was informed that I have a "sever condition" that it could be dangerous to another ailment i have. She then leaves the country....LEAVES THE COUNTRY... with no way to contact her. and left no instruction for the PA to be able to handle any inquiries while gone. In addition, she returns some time later and still has yet to send over the orders to the contracted equipment supplier she recommended as what to do. It has been well over three weeks since she has returned, and when asked what the hold up is, she replies "we have to get you to a special dr., and it could take over 2 mnths."
