Dr. Vinutha Raj, MD

Used to be good. She has definitely changed and acts like she is just too busy to listen and does not really care about your concerns. Just hurry up with your appointment and learn to deal with it.

Initial visit went well, subsequent visits not so well. Not as friendly, possibly because behind in schedule frequently. Very knowledgeable. Can be dismissive, can't always finish telling concern before Dr. talks over top of you. Like Dr is impatient with you.. Has minimized serious issue in which am left in chronic pain. Has done referral, is good at responding to messages, test results most of the time. Bedside manner can use improvement. It's time to move on. Hopefully there still a doctor that really cares enough to listen to concerns, treat patient kindly.

I feel fortunate to have Dr. Raj as our physician. Speaking from my own experience I find Dr. Raj listens, responds to my messages, she is through, she checks your past history, on top of it when ordering test. I have been going to her for the last four years with issues with my heart, skin, knees and nerve pain. I feel like I’m in good hands. And wouldn’t want any other doctor. I was looking Dr,Raj’s name up this evening to send my friend background information on Dr. Raj for my friend to change over this fall if she had an opening. My other friend is under her care and is equally satisfied.

THE WORST experience I’ve ever had. Lots of medical knowledge spews out but not good at listening and producing a thorough and timely game plan for my issues. Just too busy? Maybe, but I also felt a sense of her dismissing my problems and really not caring about helping me towards a path of recovery. Maybe that’s Kaiser in general, so I’m done with the whole organization.
