I'm 70 years old, not a pediatric patient, though I have no problem with Dr. Kumar being assigned as the available radiologist at the hospital/ER on the date of my MRI imaging. However, please note that there was nothing in the written report of the MRI indicating a stroke, and I was specifically told prior to discharge that I had no stroke or masses. Yet a subsequent visit to my neurologist revealed that evidence of a stroke was indeed present in the imaging - apparently missed by Dr. Kumar.
