I was almost dead..no exaggeration...when this doctor came in, stood over my bed and asked me three times in a very hateful voice 'Do you want to die?' Of course not. I didn't even know I was sick. He then ignored me and spoke to my granddaughter. He asked her the same question then asked her medical questions about me when I was right there. His aide told me I would have a post hospital appointment. I was put on a blood thinner. When I got home after researching the medicine I thought I could not take it so I called the nurse line and left a frantic message. I was very afraid to take the blood thinner I waited for several days for them to tell me whether to take it or not. I finally had to go to my regular doctor to make sure I could take it. They did not set up a post hospital appointment nor did they call me about the medicine. A month later they called to tell me I needed to wear a heart monitor for 24 hours. Nothing was said about appointment or the medicine. I got a new doctor

Unfriendly
The staff and the people at the window were very rude and unfriendly. The heavy set blonde woman was horrible. Waited 3 hours to see the doctor. Not worth the wait or the problems find another Doctor.

He saved my mom's life.
My mom went in while having a massive heart attack. He moved quickly and got stents put in. There were many issues during surgery but he saved her. She started to go into shock in the cath lab and he saved her life then too. He is a superhero in my eyes. My mom may not be here without him.

Don’t ever go to this MD
Treated my family member like absolute trash. He stated,” he hated treating people like her.” The family member overheard him say this and recorded it. Her blood pressure has been uncontrolled for greater than 6 months has had 2 heart attacks and a stroke. You don’t get to pick who you treat in healthcare or who you deem “good enough” this behavior will escalate and this compliant will escalate. As somebody in healthcare his care and his behaviors are appalling and scary. You don’t get to to treat people like trash and give negligent care. Unfortunately for this office there’s three of us that are licensed healthcare providers.

He was hateful to my sister and did not want to assist her. He told her she was a waste of his time and he should not have to be bothered by her. He mocked and made fun of her and sent her home only 2 hours after heart Cath in leg with acid reflux. She was in worse shape when he released her than when she was admitted. We took her to a different ER and they did teat on her and found out what was going on with her and treated her right. Narayan did not care about my sister and does not deserve to be called a doctor.

A very intelligent and extremely capable Cardiologist. He is kind with a perfect bedside manner, takes time with you and will listen and answer your concerns. He took excellent care of my mother for many years and extended her life many years. If I were to live back in Gadsden he would be my Doctor now. Dr Narayan thanks for your help all of the years.

Dr Narayan is my cardiologist. He saved my wife's life. Paramedics transported her to a local ER with all the symptoms of a classic heart attack. They kept her there for over 4 hours. They finally dismissed her with a prescription for heart burn medicine and told her to go home she was just having esophageal spasms. I drove her at high speed to Riverview in Gadsden and asked them to call Dr Narayan. Within about 15 minutes he was there and rolled her right into the heart Cath lab. He called me in and said look at this. Her LAD was 92% blocked. She was just moments away from a major fatal heart attack. Had I listened to the ER doc here where we live she would have died. Dr. Narayan saved her!
