Horrible bedside manners
Our family has had the unfortunate luck of having to deal with this doctor at Baptist Hospital in Pensacola, FL. If she walks into your loved one’s room, please ask for a different doctor.

Shouldn’t be allowed to bear near patients!
My mom was had the unfortunate experience of having this “doctor” when I took her to Baptist Hospital-Pensacola, FL’s ER, presenting with vomiting blood and abdominal pain. My mom was admitted to the hospital on the critical care floor. I went home to get a change of clothes & when I got back, I found out the doc saw her & gave my 80-year mom who is, pretty much out of it, her prognosis. I requested to speak with this doc for 4 days & nothing. I was finally told on the 4th day that this doc released my mom & she wanted to know why I wanted to talk to her. Another doctor & a nurse reached out to her on my behalf & they were told my mom was released & she won’t speak to me. What kind of doctor refuses to speak with the family of their patient who was admitted from the ER??? She gives all doctors a bad rap & Baptist Hospital-SHAME ON YOU FOR HIRING THIS PERSON!

Rude bedside manner and lack of empathy
Terrible, she just attended to my mother whom I have medical POA for. Dr Critelli refused to allow my mom to call me and be on speaker phone during one consult during her hospital admission. She has a rude bedside manner and even told my mother that had she been on duty when she was brought to the ER, she would have never admitted her. Dr Critelli seems to have a general lack of care or empathy for patients that she is over. If you hear she is coming to consult on an appointment of yours, run the other way.

Dr. Critelli has been my doctor for approximately 3 years. She is very professional, explains what tests she is ordering, and why in terms that I can understand. She makes me feel comfortable , and I can tell her my health issues and she always has answers for my questions. I really like this very nice, gentle lady and trust her totally with my health care.

Love Dr. Critelli! I've been seeing her for almost 6 years for long term treatment of UC. She's very personable and clear about treatment plans and options. Her in office staff is pleasant and helpful, and both of my hospital visits were just about as good as a hospital stay can be. I would definitely recommend Dr. Critelli and the rest of the staff at AGA.

Wow! I am surprised to see these negative reviews. I've been going to Dr. Critelli for years, her bedside manner is second to none. She has always listened, very detailed, thorough and followed up. Her nurse Linda is absolutely amazing. Her office has always kept me updated and followed up. I would recommend them all ten times over.

I live in the North GA Mountains. Dr. Critelli has performed 3 colonoscopies for me and has provided thorough information and followup. Previously, I lived closer to the Atlanta Metro area and for some years, chose to drive to Northside to continue to see other doctors in the Atlanta Gastroenterology group. I have confidence that Dr. Critelli is providing me with the best in gastroenterology care here in the mountains.

Today I went to see dr. Critelli and she had me waiting two hours and then with a straight face what it and know how I was. I told her I was still nauseous and hadn't heard the results of my endoscopy. She wanted to know why I hadn't gone back to the other doctor who did the procedure and I would have had to wait 3 weeks. She was cold and condescending and said there was nothing else she could do for me. then she said she couldn't even recommend a surgeon for my Gall bladder problem. Forget her

My daughter and I found Dr. Critelli to be a kind and competent practitioner who was very thorough in gathering information and doing her physical exam. We were referred to her by another GI specialist, so that my daughter would have a GI nearer to school. Dr. Critelli began aggressive treatment for my daughter's illness and called me back quickly with lab results. I am extremely glad to have found her!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I met her in a lot of pain and she gave me very little info. She told me to get blood work and a CT scan without telling me why. When I asked questions, she said I could get the blood work done and then if the white blood cells were elevated to get the CT scan. When I called the next day to get the results, she lied and said that's not what she said. They said wouldn't have the results for a few days but that I needed to get the CT scan. Then she hung up me.

I went to Dr. Critelli because she is in the Blairsville area and is with the same group Atlanta Gastroenterology as Dr critelli who I had seen previously in Murphy, NC. Dr. Critelli had me take blood and stool tests for a gastro problem I was suffering from. They then scheduled me for a colonoscopy over a month later. Since then she has not responded to numerous phone calls for test results etc. and I have called everyday for over a week. Doesn't seem to care or prescribe my problem. on&on

First off I chose Dr. Critelli because she was in network with my insurance. And when I went for all my appointments I would emphasize to the staff that I wanted to make sure that everything had been checked with my insurance and was in Network . They were all rude and Dr Critelli was the rudest of all. She also sent my lab work to an out of network lab that I did not approve. I NEVER go out of network. I rate them zero. Don't use this dr! Rude and doesn't explain So probably doesn't do proper
