I have been needing a new PCP at SCL Health Medical Group for sometime now as I have been seeing a NP since my last MD moved across the country. I got to see Dr. Richey for the first time yesterday and she was everything I have been looking for in a Dr. She was very nice and took the time to listen to me and answer any questions I had. I felt like she cared and she was very thorough throughout my entire visit. She even changed my PCP to her per my request during my visit with her. I would highly recommend seeing her.

I had left a review a few years back and wanted to provide an update. I have been with Dr Richey for about eight years now. I find her care to be so excellent that I have switched practices when she has moved to other clinics. She provides me with excellent and consistent care for all of my health issues.

Dr. Richey has been our family's PCP for several years. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and down to earth. We feel very fortunate to have found such a great doctor in today's impersonal and difficult to navigate healthcare system.

I wished I had a better review. I was really looking forward to finding a professional Doctor that cared, but my 1st experience with this doctor was completely opposite from the previous reviews. I will keep looking.

Dr. Richey and her staff provided excellent and efficient care during my recent annual physical. They quickly focused on areas of concern, both stated by me and as evidenced in test results, and provided excellent suggestions for improving my health. I left with a high level of confidence in the care provided and a smile. I highly recommend this Dr and her practice.

This Dr. is SO unprofessional. I had an appt. scheduled and showed up on time. I needed to re-fill out paperwork so was sitting there for a few minutes. Dr. Richey called up from the back of the office to the receptionist. She told me Dr. Richey would not see me because I was 5 minutes late. Which I was NOT. I was very ill and this Dr. would not see me. I have never met her and cannot believe she calls herself a medical professional. She should be ashamed.
