I love my doctor, he is always so nice and happy when I get good blood work results. I have been with him for 5 years now and always impressed with him. If you need a family doctor, Dr. Phakey is highly recommended by my family.

Does not return phone calls, lab work request was incomplete several times, renew wrong prescriptions, several times. Lack of detail. All applies for myself, my husband (who has cancer, no room for error) and my daughter. Renew scrip got so bad had to go to office to get results.

I saw Dr. Phakey for the first time 2 weeks ago after my primary care doctor of several years recently left the practice. I was very impressed on how on time he was and the fact that he already knew my medical history. I felt in good hands with this doctor and my wife will also be seeing him now.

My visit with Dr. Phakey could not have been better. He came recommended by my neighbor. I did not have to wait long until he came into the room. I have not seen a doctor and many years but he was quick to make me feel comfortable. He ordered blood work for me to get done and was so nice to even escort me to the lab because he knew I was nervous. I made me feel so comfortable, and I highly recommend him as a primary care doctor!

During my visit today Dr. Phakey demonstrated no genuine interest, compassion, or caring. He spent less than 5 minutes with me. Offered no suggestions, strategies, or explanations of my medical issue. Absolutely the worst family practice doctor I have ever seen. I left a message for my primary doctor on the patient portal requesting a referral for a specialist and I expressed my disappointment with Dr. Phakey. Within a few minutes after leaving the message on the portal, Dr. Phakey called me and was very combative. Arguing with me, stating that I may be embarrassed for his call since it was intended for my primary doctor. He was extremely disrespectful. So disappointed that he is part of my family practice.
