I saw Dr. Joshi at the Norton Immediate Care for shortness of breath, cough of 6 weeks, and an new lump on my chest. He told me the lump was muscular and cause by tightness. Basically I need to relax. Also not to worry about the cough or shortness of breath. Several weeks later after my symptoms didn't improve I decided to see my PCP. She immediately ordered blood tests, ecg, and CT. The CT shows that the lump is actually a tumor about the size of a softball involving my lung, sternum, and chest muscles and most likely lymphoma. I have a long road ahead of me, but I will always wonder what if Dr. Joshi had actually taken my condition seriously? How would those weeks affect my treatment and if I live.

Pleasant provider but made a biased assumption of shoulder injury origin without obtaining any type of diagnostic imaging first to rule out fractures, etc. After sustaining a fall which injured my shoulder, I sought out care at an ICC specifically to obtain imaging to determine extent of injury. This physician stated “first we need to erase the memory of the muscles injury and rewrite muscle health”… took my pulse stating “that I must be under a great deal of stress” (RN Infection Preventionist during 18 months of covid! - that’s a shocker!). Then manipulated my C4 vertebrae in my neck stating “you are having significant conflict with a primary male in your family”… “Do not take any anti-inflammatory medication (Ibuprophen); do not use any ice - this should improve in 72 hrs.” IT DID NOT - I saw another physician - had diagnostic imaging: X-ray showed no fractures; MRI showed a full thickness tear in a of tendon of my rotator cuff; surgery was done but 10 days were wasted first.

Saw this Dr on Dec 14. I had been sick going on 3 weeks. Don’t frequent Drs . Try to let my body heal itself to a great extent. I was exhausted after 2 1/2 weeks of coughing, headache, chest hurting and trying to work and not much sleep. I knew I needed drugs. He said I did not have anything bacterial and proceeded to feel of my neck. Had me take my glasses off and felt again. He said I had a sinus blockage caused by my glasses. Asked me if I sept in them, who does that?. Then he proceeded to manipulate my neck and bend on my glasses trying to get them more in line, I guess. He said my sinuses would start draining the next day. Well it’s December 17. I am still coughing my head off, not seeping, chest hurting and waiting on a call from my Dr. Also. My glasses broke yesterday. Lucky for me and this Dr I just got new glasses just hadn’t picked them up yet because I’ve been sick. He thinks he is an optometrist too. I feel like i wasted my time and my money.

I saw Dr. Joshi at an immediate care center after a bad fall. I expected to be told I would feel better eventually and sent on my way. Dr. Joshi was awesome. He explained the cause of my symptoms and gave me an adjustment which helped immensely. I have never seen an osteopath before but he made me a believer.

Had excruciating lower back pain and admittedly put off going to Urgent Care because I was convinced it was muscular and the UC docs are general practice. This means I would likely just get meds and a pat on the head which I didn’t want. I never have back issues so I figured it was sore from the gym and would go away. When it got worse, I went to Norton Immediate Care in Brownsboro and Dr. Vishnukant was my savior! I’m so grateful that he had special knowledge of my condition and he was able to diagnose it within seconds. After a short spinal adjustment, I was nearly pain free and I’d been suffering over two days. Dr. V was a God-send and I couldn’t be more grateful.

We love Dr Joshi. 3 of our family members have seen him on various occasions. I came in, in a wheelchair for sudden back pain (not work or injury related) & walked out. Some people are not familiar or educated on the practices of a DO, as opposed to an MD. We prefer a DO. They receive additional medical training, that seems to work well for our family.

Not good. Saw him at an Immediate Care Ctr. He gave me cough syrup, and told me to stay away from dairy products and wear a hat because “you lose a lot of heat through there”. Got up the next day feeling exponentially worse and called my physician’s office to see anyone available. Left with an antibiotic and a steroid for an ear infection, bronchitis, and a probable sinus infection. Don’t trust a practitioner who asks important questions as he’s putting the stethoscope in his ears.

I was referred to Urgent Care after being seen at a small clinic by a nurse practitioner. I had various strange symptoms and the NP thought I should be seen for tests. This DO did nothing. He treated me as if I was crazy and told me I just have some anxiety, ignoring my swollen lymph nodes, severe headache, and rash. Being a pharmacist, with a doctorate myself, I don’t just go to the doc when I feel bad; I don’t go until I have reason to believe there could be something actually wrong. Terrible.

I have a rare motility disorder. Saw this dr today for a feeding tube infection. He said he could cure my motility illness, at his other office as a natural path. He told me my illness was a result of emotions and starts with my soul. Interesting part was, most of my diagnosed test were through this hospital and associated doctors. Won’t ever waste my money or time with this Dr. Very thankful I have a highly skilled motility team taking care of me.

I saw Dr. Joshi at the Immediate Care Center for neck pain and decreased range of motion (not related to an accident or injury). He was amazing and was able to provide immediate relief. He also spoke with me about exercises I can do at home as well as recommended OTC supplements to prevent/ease future neck pain. This is more than my primary care physician has done for me when I have complained of similar issues in the past. My visit with him met and exceeded my expectations!

Didn't bother to actually treat me. Told me I didn't "look" sick. Was in extreme pain and had to find other care after I had already wasted money seeing him. Never again.
