The visit was good and the office and staff were very friendly. The only complaint is that it was very cold in the room where the surgery was done

I’ve been to see Dr. Blatnoy a few times now. He’s always very polite and interested in what I have to say and in answering my questions. My only issue on my most recent visit was the office staff. Frankly, the receptionist was robotic in asking my name, phone number, insurance etc., and seemed to be annoyed that I was there. On checkout, the assistant first told me she could not look up my CareCredit account (which is something every other medical and dental office I’ve ever been to can do). When I asked her to try, she brought over a manager who similarly seemed dismissive about it. I don’t think I was asking anything unusual, but the reaction and attitude was as if I’d asked for the unheard of. Some quality of service retraining seems like it might be useful for the front office staff.

An appointment with Dr.Blatnoy is always a pleasant experience--starting with being seen on time every time. Dr. Blatnoy is both compassionate and thorough and demonstrated his expert knowledge at every appointment I've had over many years.

I visited because of a problem with body acne and acne scars on my face. Dr. Blatnoy was very helpful and gave me only one cream, which solved the acne problem in just one week. I will definitely visit again to try cosmetic procedures in the future.

I have seen Dr. Blatnoy a few times now and on this last visit I ended up with an extra bill coming from UF Health. I have had the same procedure done 3 times now, and I have never received this extra bill. They now send out their biopsies to UF Health I guess. Which now also makes the same procedure almost $200 more expensive. RIDICULOUS! It would have been fine if they gave me a heads up on the charges but they didn't. Then I went back and reviewed the multiple invoices I received from billing and see that they charged me for having a procedure done on the day I went in for a consult and didn't have anything done and then again for the procedure on the day that we actually had it done. This is NOT ok! I wonder how many people they have charged for procedures that just paid their bills and didn't catch this mistake!

Dr. Blatnoy is a First class attending physician, with his professionalism he managed to diagnose the problem with my wife’s hand after seeing multiple doctors. The way he runs his clinic is very efficient in a timely manner. I’m always impressed when he treats me with respect and kindness when visiting
