My parents have gone to Dr. Velarde’s care for so many years and they have always been very Satisfied with the care and attention they have received. Always treat my parents with tender, loving care. Everyone was friendly and very nice. Doctors and staff are professional and very thorough. This is the best team of medical staff have been my parents around in a long time. Thank you very much for providing such a wonderful service to my parents.

I used to drive my parents to his office. They always look forward to their appointments. He is always pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. It also helps that he explains complicated problems to simple words not like other doctors using complex medical words. My work used to have Kaiser only, but now I can choose other insurance and will start seeing him. The nurses in the office are still the same ones who work for him 20 years ago. They are all nice. Excellent staff.

The staff is horrible. Not courteous, very unfriendly and are highly unreliable. The nursing staff have poor attitude with patients and are rude when calling about a refill or scheduling an appointment. Please avoid this Dr.
