He was chosen by my physician for anesthesiology. Afterwards, he billed my insurance and they paid him and leaving me with 10% responsibility. After his office was paid by myself and my insurance, he stated he was not contracted with my insurance and wanted 100% of the charges paid he billed for. His billing staff states this is common practice for him and he does not contract with ANY insurance so he can and will balance bill you. This is fraud and watch out as he is dishonest!
