Love Dr. Deleon but the rest has much to be desire
Love Dr. Deleon but the staff itself are rude and act like they don’t have any formal experience working with people. The wait is horrendous and to top it off, I feel like if you don’t look ethnic enough or speak Spanish, you’re frowned upon.

Dr. Leon has been my children's pediatrician since my first born, who is now 23. All my kids love Dr. Leon and his staff. It was an inconvenience to have to leave a message when calling in for any reason, but I always got a call back promptly and was able to bring my kids in when sick. The other doctors in his practice are as kind and professional as Dr. Leon. Unfortunately, we moved and had to change doctors; but after 3 years we are back in the area and will be definitely going back.

THIS OFFICE IS APPARENTLY NEVER EVER OPEN. EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU CALL YOU WILL GET THE AFTER HOURS LINE (EVEN AT 2:00 IN THE AFTERNOON ON A MONDAY. THEIR AUTOMATED SYSTEM IS A JOKE AND THE STAFF FOR THE MOST PART IS RUDE. ALSO THIS OFFICE IS DISGUSTING. THE AQUARIUMS ARE NEVER WIPED DOWN AND THE WAITING ROOM BATHROOM MAY AS WELL BE A TRUCK STOP.

Called to make an appt for my child who has been experiencing some hypoglycemic episodes. My children have been seeing Dr. Leon for 15 years. Bridget Leon the office manager picked up the line and had a very nasty attitude and confrontational made me a concerned mother feel very uncomfortable. Hate to have to write this review being Dr. Leon is a great doctor but the professionalism of his office manager is unfriendly and rude.

I hate having to leave a message and not ever getting a live person for medical questions or any other reason. I can and don't get a call back for many hours later. I have been using this dr office since 2008 and its gotten worse than ever with the callbacks. I called 3 hours ago and still no call back

My children love the Doctors and the whole Staff associated with Dr. Leon's office. I would trust my children to all of the doctors there and think it is wonderful! I have noticed a full waiting room but haven't found the wait to be unbearable.
