The entire experience was excellent. The only problem I had was not being able to log into MyChart. All of the information being provided to the sign-on page is correct but I'm not able to log in.

Dr. Reiling was very thorough and courteous in dealing with my situation. Recommended the least invasive therapy which was a relief - and it was good to discover that he had taken the time to access my history prior to my visit and I learned that he knew my previous primary care provider - whom I greatly admired and respected. That in and of itself was reassuring and indicated to me I was in good hands.

Would not listen to me when I was trying to explain what was wrong with my shoulder. He would not listen to pretty much anything I had to say. It was a waste of my time and money. Looking for a new doctor now. Also, I have seen my original doctor 1 time for my wellness check and now he is never available! Extremely unhappy!
