This was my first diabetes/endo consultation with Dr. Woznick and I am extremely pleased with it service he provided. His inTake questions included ones I had not been asked before. Based on my labs, he found an error in a dosage that had been there for a while and he discussed the new dosage and plan with me. I allowed me to choose the lab where I will have my blood workups and engaged me in other decisions about to continue to care. He corrected my an error In my recap politely and respectfully. I am extremely grateful to be in his practice and have him on my health care team. * * * * *

Dr Woznick is smart, professional, thorough, attentive to details, kind and funny. I never feel like I'd better make it quick because he only has 5 minutes. He answers all of my questions and is extremely good at mychart communication (which I am not!). I just stress a little over how far out he is booked for appointments. If I needed to see him could I get in?

I'm glad Dr Woozak is reaplying again for a Diabetic Meter to put in my arm because I believe it will help me with my A1C and my High Sugar Numbers I need to do better

Dr. Woznick is very friendly and personable making it very easy to talk to him. He took the time to listen and was not dismissive, which put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable discussing my issues with him. He did not talk down to me and was very open, honest, genuine and down to earth. I'm very happy my appointment was with Dr. Woznick. This was the best experience I've had with any doctor in a very long time.

Dr. Woznick Is a listener. I came to him for a second opinion because my previous doctor did not listen. Did not interact with me and did not consider my health as a whole. Doctors and patients are teams in my mind they work together for the Best outcome for the patient's health. Dr. Woznick was very open listened considered all the options and I feel very comfortable with his counsel.
