I had a couple of surgeries on my back and a couple on my knee. They were all successful surgeries. Dr. Bourgeois has always been very kind and explains things well. He has found problems that other doctors have missed. I would recommend Dr. Bourgeois to my mother if she were still alive.

I have been a patient of Dr Bourgeois for about 20 years. I always found him friendly, professional and competent. He did a hip replacement for me that has served me well. My son who works on a Pacific Island came half way around the world to let Dr Bourgeois repair his shoulder. My husband is also Dr Bourgeois patient. We think highly of Dr Bourgeois' services and demeanor.. If you are looking for a no bull professional Dr Bourgeois might be the doctor for you

The staff is a little rude and definitely lacks compassion, both on the phone and in person. Dr. Bourgeois just seems uninterested and didn't spend much time listening to me.

I went in on 1/12/16 for what was supposed to be a simple surgery. I had bone spurs on my right knee causing me pain after walking for long periods. He knew that I was already suffering from cartilage loss due to arthritis. After my surgery Dr. Bourgeois told me that he removed the bone spurs, but also did a procedure called Micro Fracture surgery. There was a 60% chance it would work. It did not work and now I can barely walk. I now need a knee replacement at 49 years old.

Long wait times and office never calls back. The last straw for me was waiting OVER 2 WEEKS (and 6 call attempts from CVS to reach them) for a refill authorization for medication only for them to FINALLY call back and say I need an appointment. This wouldn't have been an issue if they would have called back in a timely manner, but this is the worst doctors office I've been to thus far for customer service.
