Dr. Wei Feng, MD

Dr. Feng may be unaware, but making an appointment with her was impossible for me. On Tuesday, I spent about 10 minutes giving someone (from City of Hope, I believe) a bunch of personal information, but then she said someone would call me back within 24 hours to actually make the appointment. When no one called within 48 hours, I called again and was told they had my information, they would pass it along as "Urgent," and I would be contacted to make an appointment ASAP. At 6:30pm that day, I received a call and scheduled the mandatory 30-minute input interview (not the appointment!) for 9:00am today (3-3-23). Unfortunately, no one called at 9:00am (or anytime up to now, which is early afternoon) and I still have no appointment scheduled. I have scheduled with another doctor and the scheduling process took 3-4 minutes. I hope the problems with the input process or input personnel is able to be fixed.

Dr. Feng questioned everything I said, making me question myself. I did not feel listened to or believed. Because my body type is different than most people with thyroid issues she doubted the validity in everything I said. My bloodwork proved her wrong. Exactly the type of doctor I try to avoid.

She is very good at what she does. She has ordered tests no doctor had before. She answers your questions very quickly by email. I feel that she treats you as a friend and a patient. She really cares.

Dr. Feng is my new endocrinologist. She is thorough, knowledgeable, good listener, and friendly. I highly recommend her.

Excellent doctor

She is the best endocrinologist i have ever met. She was very polite always and now i have moved to Oregon and I have not met a doctor like her.
