Puzzled
The doctor is good when you get face to face with him. Impossible to communicate with office staff. They never answer the telephone! Goes directly to voicemail!!! Says they will call back within 48 hours. Five days later, still no call. No telemedicine is available because you can not get through. Patient portal exists but does not interact with patients. Not sure how physicians can be an insurance provider if you can not contact their office.

Didn't listen to my concerns and what I thought was the reason for my problems. He continued to tell me that wasn't it and continue to talk on science instead of making me as a patient comfortable. I will be getting a second opinion. He spend enough time with you but only to argue his side of view/thinking. Needs more compassion because I didn't notice any while I was there at my visit.

Dr. Soong's passion for his field of work and providing the best care for his patients is obvious in how he practices. He's engages in genuine discussions with his patients to learn about symptoms and circumstances. Moreover, he makes a deliberate effort to clearly communicate treatment options and is readily willing to provide background and other educational information to ensure patients are fully informed about their health. Somehow, he still manages to be timely and efficient. Very rare
