A cancer diagnosis is a frightening time but I always felt I could trust Dr Wysham and her protocol for me. Surgeries and chemo were scheduled quickly and all questions and fears answered. Dr Wysham, the nurses and the staff treated me as an individual and were always warm, friendly caring and yet professional. I felt like I was the only patient they had, though I know they saw many many others which makes their care all the more remarkable. I am so grateful for the excellent medical care I received at Portland and Vancouver Compass—thank you!

Dr. Wysham is completely present. She explains things listens and is empathetic. She answered my questions thoroughly with a vocabulary I could understand. I feel very fortunate to be under her care. Her staff is also wonderful and while in the hospital I noticed that they have a high level of respect for her.

Whenever I see Dr Wysham I am always impressed with her knowledge and medical skills. Also, I have always found her to behave professionally but in a friendly, kind and thoughtful manner. I feel extremely lucky to have her as my oncologist and would refer a friend or relative without hesitation.

I had a cancer scare and was referred to Dr Wysham for surgery. She was patient, kind, caring and spent a lot of time answering my questions. She was supportive during my recovery and available to answer questions after my surgery too.

On time, friendly and professional

Dr. Wysham explained everything she was going to do and her calm demeanor put me at ease. The best thing she did was schedule a follow up appointment with me a week later to give me the results. That appointment was a virtual appointment. Having her schedule the appointment before I left the clinic let me know I when I would be getting the results and that she set aside time to talk to me about them. Nothing is worse than waiting for results, not knowing when someone will call you with them, or if they will call, or if the doctor even got the results. Her process felt so much better.

Always listens and gives options.

Her politeness, her knowledge and explanation of what needed to be done. She recommended surgery and it was completed and afterwards she came in and explained what she did, and happily it was not cancer. The office is so well organized and everyone was courteous and helpful

Dr Wycham is my oncologist/surgeon. She has gone above and beyond anything I could imagine in terms of her care for me. Not only is she an expert medical doctor, but she is also incredibly compassionate. She spends as much time as needed to go over all the information and answer all my questions. She helped me plan a course of action that was just right for me. She follows through on everything she promises. And when I was in the ER for a cancer related issue, she was on the phone with the ER doctor at 3am, and showed up at the hospital at 5:30am to take care of me. In addition, her entire team is just like her -- expert and compassionate. I am so impressed by and grateful for my entire experience with Compass Oncology and Dr Wycham.

Dr. Wycham is warm, friendly and personable. After my hysterectomy I couldn't even tell I had been operated on. She is smooth and gentle. All of my friends have had long recovery periods after their hysterectomies, but I sailed through it all and I know it is due to Dr. Wycham's surgical skills because I am not in that great of shape (overweight, don't exercise and in my 50s). I wouldn't go to anyone else for a lady parts operation.

I find Dr. Wysham knowledgeable and caring. She takes time to ask and answer questions. I find all of the staff to be the same way.

Dr. Wycham is the best. She obviously cared about me right from the minute she stepped into the exam room. She answered all of my questions, explained the procedure accurately and was prompt in calling my husband right after the surgery. Compass Oncology is lucky to have her as was I.

Dr Whycham and her team made me feel heard and cared for from day one. They were very thorough in explaining and even drew me visual content so that I would know exactly what my procedure entailed.
