Excellent experience..
You are not a number to Wendy McConnell and her staff. You are treated like the only person who matters when you visit their office. The receptionist and check in nurse will get you in right away, and Dr. McConnell will spend all the time you need with you. Dr. McConnell offers sound medical advice. It's great to know there are doctors who actually listen to you. I highly recommend Dr. McConnell!

Very Good
I went in because of loss of hearing. Dr. Actually checked me out and cleaned wax buildup with a suction type device, which did a better job than some other ENT specialist I have been to. Would recommend.

First visit
Referred to Dr. McConnell by my PCP. Excellent patient care. Allowed me to be involved in my course of treatment. Explained everything clearly. Answered all the questions I had at the time. Would recommend to anyone needing an ENT.

Great Doctor
I liked her a lot. She explained everything very well, took time with me, and showed me the video imaging which helped me better understand the problem. She is competent, knowledgeable, and is also very personable. Staff was great also.

Great Listener and answered all questions
Staff very courteous and friendly. Dr. McConnell paid attention to the information I gave, and several times asked if I had any questions. I did not feel rushed, or like it was an imposition to see me. I felt very comfortable with her and her staff. I was pleased and supportive with her recommendations, as she explained why she was choosing the treatment(s).

Great Experience
I had to have polyps removed from my nose. It was a very extensive surgery. Dr. McConell helped me every step of the way. She explained everything and was genuinely concerned about my well being. She was thorough and did a great job! I was comfortable and felt well informed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. It took a bit to get in to see her but it was well worth the wait!

Dr.McConnell was great!
The front desk and Dr.McConnell were great. However her nurse was rude and spoke down to us. Despite that I would definitely recommend Dr.McConnell she was very nice and informative.
