Out of touch 'naturopath'
Promoted major food group restriction (more accurately, disordered eating) and 'sensitivity tests' that have been deemed a myth by the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. Dr. Pardew-Spanos is one of those doctors who doesn't bother to read past the abstract of a scientific paper before making grand assumptions about their implications for patient treatment. She has major confirmation bias that affects the quality of her care. Hawked her own expensive 'supplements' to a patient whose issues were being ignored by gynecologists. Was extremely condescending and even raised her voice at times towards a patient who simply could not afford to eat the way she wanted. Dr. Pardew-Spanos is so out of touch with what an average patient who works, has kids, etc., can do- her treatment plans might be follow-able only by the likes of those who have all the time and money in the world, and she has no regard for the financial realities of the people in her area.

I just met with Dr. Spanos today and I feel like she is the first specialist to really HEAR me and be compassionate enough to thoroughly review my concerns and communicate a plan of action. I am so happy to have found her, and am looking forward to working with her to fix the problems I have had since my covid vaccine of Moderna. She is very knowledgeable and honest and open. I have been discouraged leaving doctor after doctor and today I was able to have a sense of relief that someone is going to truly work with me and help me get back to a healthy, happy life.
