Overall I waited in the room longer than I was with the doctor. Other than listening to me tell him what was going on with me he did not examine my body. He just stated I needed a endoscopy and colonoscopy to find out what was going on. He did not give me any tips on managing my issues while waiting for the 2 procedures. I felt the visit could have been virtual if no exam was needed. Now I'm worried the bill is going to be sky high for a 5 minute sit down with the doctor.

I took hours to pull together documents from my prior visits to the emergency room and to an integrated medicine doctor and they were not in my file. I dropped them off weeks before my appointment. It would've been helpful if the doctor had access to that information.

I knew I needed a prescription for returning Lymphocytic Colitis and felt I did not need a colonoscopy, and he agreed, and I was on my way! Very good, he understood my issues.

I did not feel like a patient being cared for by their Dr. I felt like someone who was disrupting the Dr's schedule and needed to be hurried along. I've honestly never had this experience with a Dr at MNGI. It's very disappointing when you feel so miserable to have your care provider not give you the time and attention you need.

My adult son accompanied me to this appointment because he has been concerned about my health. We were both very impressed with Dr. Wang. I appreciated how he made me feel at ease. He welcomed all of my questions and when my son asked a question, he told him that was a great question! I never felt rushed.
