I felt the visit went well. We discussed how the prescription he gave me was working. He took time to listen to my heart and lungs. I have no complaints and I would recommend Dr. Casino.

Had a Cardiac Calcium Score screening CT and extremely high results with no physical symptoms. Then had a treadmill stress test done that showed a few irregularities and still no symptoms. I was referred to Dr Casino. He examined me, discussed with me options for tests, risk benefit ratios and thoroughly explained possible negative side effects. We decided to proceed with an angiogram rather than more somewhat inconclusive testing. Still no cardiac symptoms. He met with me prior to the procedure and was open to conducting it without sedation. During the angiogram he discovered two arteries majorly clogged. LAD 95% blocked- aka “The Widowmaker” and LCX 90% blocked. He showed me and allowed input on placing stent’s versus bypass surgery. He had a difficult time placing two stents end to end but continued to work at it and succeeded. Due to the time frame it was decided to have me return for the placing of the additional stent at a later time. The second artery was stented one month later

Dr. Casino- (through the talent God has given him ) is an humble whole physician who builds the patient with straight forward directives while at the same time he holds expectations and that the patient has more responsibility than merely taking medicine or showing up to his office. Dr. Casino not only saved my life but he has inspired my own personal change to live my best life.
