Dr. Wentong Pan, MD

I've been seeing her for a few years now and I'm highly disappointed how she doesn't care about you only the test results. I've been kept at the bottom level of hormones and she said she was going to test for vitamin D levels which I said they will probably be low to her. Come to find out those labs were not ordered and my extremely low vitamin D is not adressed or nor does she care how your feeling as long as the lab results are within normal range then your good in her mind. She lacks in compassion and denies you of a personalized plan for optimal health under her medical license. Sadly she is like a robot and treats everyone the same and forget talking about your symptoms for as long as the lab results are normal she is done with you. Do yourself a favor Choose another endocrinologist!

Dr. Pan is incredible. She is calm and reassuring. As a patient, I could tell that she cares about me and my well being. She is very kind, warm and encouraging. She truly wants her patients to be an educated participant in their care plans and her knowledge and demeanor are well above par. A true health CARE provider!

My child was a new patient...after waiting 1h30min with 2 kids missing school we decided to leave the office. When we explained why we were leaving for the staff we saw Dr Pan stand up behind us but she was not polite enough to say even: I am sorry about the wait... she asked the nurse who was the patient and when the nurse said that was a new patient she said: huh ok... I understood that she doesn’t care much about any patient new or old. We got a referral to see another doctor.

I took my daughter to see Dr. Pan and she explained everything in great detail to her. I love how she spoke to my daughter as a patient and made her understand what is going on and how to address the issues instead of talking directly to me.

Worst experience I have ever had with a Doctor. A Doctor should never tell you they don't care about your symptoms, but she did. Never going back to her.

I have been under Dr. Pan's care during the last six months for my Type I diabetes. In fact, she provided the diagnosis of Type I following the previous endocrinologist's incorrect diagnosis. I have had a great experience with Dr. Pan during my clinic visits and my indoctrination to the use of an insulin pump.

Dr. Pan never even reviewed my history. She did one test and saw obvious symptoms and thyroid problems and told me come back and a few months if I still experience problems. Also they received lab results and did not contact me for 26 days and they where abnormal results. She has no beside manor and she defiantly lacks knowledge in her profession. I defiantly do not recomend using her. She should atleast review her patients charts if she's going to overcharge them.

I was a patient of the previous Endocrinologist before Dr. Pan took her position and I saw Dr. Pan as a patient for the first time this week and I was quite impressed with her knowledge of my condition. She was very thorough in her exam and she explained everything in great detail so that I could understand exactly what it all meant. She answered any and all questions I was satisfied and comfortable during the visit. She is a great Endocrinologist and I will continue to see her in the future.

My previous endocrinologist left the practice and Dr. Pan replaced her. I was immediately disappointed with the lack of interest in my symptoms and concerns, being dismissed in favor of me going elsewhere for problems I am not experiencing. Dr. Pan only reviewed baseline tests and no further, even though more in depth testing history was presented.
