Worst business office practice ever.
Office business practices need so much improvement. Communications was nil. I received no pre or post op instructions. I gave a 2 for Physical Therapy , especially Gabby and Logan. At 7 months post op surgery my neuropathy is worse off. I will not recommend. I regret my decision to have this surgery.

Never again will I schedule with that office
My appointment was at 2:45, I was told to come early at 2:30 to fill out all insurance forms, which I did. At 3:15 I approached the front desk to see is they forgot me. I was told they didn't forget me and I they would be with me shortly. At 3:45 I was taken back to the treatment room, told there were a few people ahead of me. Left me sitting there, no magazines, no TV. By this time I was getting anxious because I had another appointment at 4:00. I decided to walk out into the hall, there were several assistants standing there talking. They asked me where I was going. I explained that my appointment was at 2:45 and it was now almost 4:00. They asked me if i wanted to reschedule! HA! Never. Then a few days later a charge appeared on my AMEX for $40. That is totally unacceptable. I work in the medical field and that would never happen at my office. I am trying to call them, but a message says their mailbox if full. I will keep trying or dispute the charge with AMEX.

I would like to express my immense gratitude to Dr. Chapman. Having him as my doctor has been the best thing that could have ever happened to me. I arrived to a big city, and was so lucky to find Dr. Chapman, a compassionate and kind human being and medical professional. When you get to an older age, you don't want to just be considered a number -- just another patient. At this age, we need care and dedication, and this is exactly what I found in Dr. Chapman and his staff. He never rushes to see other patients and treated me as if I was his family member. As a surgeon? he is one of the best in his field. If you follow his instructions as I did, you won't even be able to see where the surgery scars are. I say this because I experienced this. He's a down-to-earth doctor that treats his staff with respect. You can trust that once you enter Dr. Chapman's office, you will be treated with the highest standards of care, knowledge, compassion and dignity.

Dr Chapman was very thorough. I had severe pain in my big toe when I came in & could only wear one pair of shoes without experiencing extreme pain. Dr worked on my toe removing a callous that he noticed had formed somehow underneath my toenail. I am an avid walker which may have caused the callous? Within the next 2 days my pain had decreased by at least 75%. I highly recommend Dr Chapman

I am really glad I came to Family Foot and Leg Center. First of all, Dr. Drew Chapman is a very easy person to talk to, very clear information and options on how to treat my ankle. Happy that I am now pain-free and can walk normally again. Also, I found his staff to be friendly and prompt, obtaining an appointment was easy.

Great experience overall. I am a first time patient and will definitely be coming back. Dr. Chapman makes you feel like family when you come to see him and his staff. Thanks to him, I can walk pain-free again. Don't go podiatrist shopping, get your feet fixed right the first time, go see Dr. Chapman.

My 86 yro Mother was recently SCAMMED for $619 for a basic maintenance medi pedi by Dr. Chapman. Mom has a long documented medical history of NO MAJOR Foot Issues. Doc didn't do the medical pedicure. Instead, a very young assistant did a QUICK mediocre job of trimming her nails, then the Doc came in for a BRIEF minute only to say to my Mom that she had had soft, "baby feet”! Nothing else needed. THEN she received a bill for $619 for the visit!

Last week, I went to see Dr. Chapman at the Wound Care Center of FFLC after a very painful injury and wound on my right foot. He was very professional, upbeat, and made me feel at ease. He gave me prompt treatment as well as instructions on how to take care of my foot. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chapman. Thank you!
