Best doctor ever.
Let me start by saying I’d seen a ton of Doctors over the years as I was not feeling my best due lack of sleep and stress. I’m an in shape guy and every doctor looked at me and told me I was ok. I told them (at least 12 -13 different doctors) over the years I wasn’t feeling right. I ended up having a heart attack and I knew it was coming but was being told I was fine. When I found Dr. Abrams he was legit. He looked at my past blood work and said he could tell this was coming. I wish I would have found him sooner. He listened to me and paid attention and has done everything in his power to keep me healthy and I am. He and his lovely wife care for their patients and I mean they truly do. They have gone above and beyond for me and about 100 friends that I know go there as well. I’ve never heard anything from anyone saying anything negative about Dr .Abrams except it’s tough sometimes to get an appointment with him right of the bat but guess what that’s because he is so good.

Zero compassion for patients
I was scheduled for surgery months ahead of time with my gynecologist & was waiting for my procedure to be cleared by my primary care physician to no avail. When I called and asked to have Dr Abrams call me I was told he doesn’t normally call patients back. My response was well what’s the purpose of having him as a primary care physician when I already never see him now you’re telling me he won’t even take the time to call me when my issue is with his staff? I’m done…I will be looking for a new Dr once I heal from my surgery. I’m tired of being seen by nurse practitioners & never a Doctor….And keep in mind I’ve been a patient there for years.

Awful way of treating long term patients!!!!!!
Telehealth
Terrible service! Very sad to see that the doctor does not care that his office does whatever they want and treat patients who have been coming for over years like they don't matter and they cancel their appt's only because they treat you rude on the phone and you treat them the same way back. because we are tired of getting misstreated. I agree with all the negatives reviews here. I even got the following statement from their staff member who called me this morning after I pleaded to her to please don't cancel my appt and told her that I was not feeling well with my hormonal inbalance and I was going to see my therapist today too, she said 'YOU NEED TO GO SEE YOUR THERAPIST YOU NEED TO RECHECK YOURSELF' I am pretty sure this is not somehting that a staff member in any doctor office should say to a patient that has been going to that office for eight years or so.

office
Don't recommend this office, they read my son's EKG wrong (had to take him to a specialist to tell me it was read incorrectly) . They don't pick up the phone. My son had a school form to fill out and they made it impossible for a signature and charge me $50 and wouldn't even look at the form until I paid. He was also hospitalized in the same place and no one ever came by or called to see how he was.

Do not go to this Office!
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received from Dr. West-Ky Abrams. My recent experience has been marred by what I can only describe as incompetence. On multiple occasions, I was sent to get an ultrasound, only to be turned away each time due to a prescription error made by the P.A. Despite being assured that the 4th attempt was urgent, it has taken me two days to obtain the results and further instructions. Furthermore, my attempts to contact the office have been futile, as I have been unable to reach anyone and keep getting their voicemail.I trust that you will address AVOID this office if possible, This is only part of my negative experience with my Office, Oh I forgot to mention I was in tremendous pain the whole time!

Outstanding, Caring Doctor and Staff!!!
Dr. Abrams really listens to me and helped me understand what was causing my health issues. I’ve been to numerous doctors and specialists and he is the only doctor who has ever helped me improve. His staff is friendly and called me to put me in the schedule when I needed to see him. He is in demand and worth the wait. My husband also saw his nurse, Elena, for his physical exam and was very impressed with her too. My neighbor, and two friends have had the same experiences and we are all grateful!

Awesome & Rare Find
This is a Doctor that actually listens. For the first time, I felt like I was being heard. He took every symptom I had and asked more profound questions. I brought my labs from another office and immediately saw things that were never told to me. After further testing, Dr. Abrams found something so simple that has made a profound difference in my life. I am a 47 yo woman who can now sleep deeply; naturally, I have more energy and energy to exercise, which he explained what I should be doing. I am beyond thankful and am off 2 of my 3 medications. I could not believe he took the time to explain what was going on with me so that it all made sense. A rare find, and have sent my entire family to him. Book early since he is in very high demand. Thank You Dr. Abrams

BEST doctor
The BEST primary physician. He is intelligent and keeps up with the latest information in his field, and a big plus-he is smart about vitamins, etc., which is extremely rare in a doctor. He listens and acts positively to what you say. The office management needs a huge upgrade, sometimes they are friendly and competent, other times they are rude and no one answers the phone, so in order to see this wonderful doctor you will have to put up with those annoyances.

They will tell you they are not accepting new clients, be grateful!! Only $$ Matters Your initial visit with Dr. Abrams is great, he is very attentive and seems to understand and have resolutions to all of your concerns. What happens next is extremely frustrating. You will never see Dr. Abrams again unless you want to wait over a month for an appointment with him, staff will tell you he is not seeing patients. While his wife (one of the nurse practitioners) and Savana are very nice they are only there to collect your money. I asked if they could please schedule my lab work before my annual visit, they said no. This is so they can collect the $40 "virtual" visit fee. I have a chronic condition but I cannot have medication called in or even get an order for a test at labcorp or quest, Nope - They have to collect their $40. The staff has not been friendly in the past although the person I spoke with today was kind and understanding but I'm sure she is required to follow their procedures.

I have been a patient for over a decade but in the last few years, the level of service provided leaves much to be desired. From cancelled appointments because good old doc doesn't feel like going to work to excessive waiting times despite appointments (minimum 1 hour wait pretty much anytime). It came to the point, where I did not even try to get an appointment with the doc and decided to see Layda. Unfortunately, as of recent, she is no longer working at Abrams Medical Center. Now I can barely get my prescriptions refilled. I ran out of a medication 5 days ago and despite 4 detailed phone messages (since nobody seems to be picking up the phone at that place at all) as well as multiple on-line attempts. After a week and a half of trying to contact Abrams, I finally get a call back, only to be rudely told NOT TO CALL THE OFFICE for refills. It really appears that this office is truly geared towards selling more and more stuff rather than taking care of patients. NOT RECOMMENDED.

His caring demeanor, his knowledge of traditional and holistic medicine. The approach to healing the body medicine, not just treating the symptoms. When he tells you what you need to know, not just what you want to hear. How do you want your doctor to be? For me is Dr. Abrams, I am not insured, is crazy to paid over $6000.00 dollars per year, and still paid the $3,500.00 dollars deductible before the insurance pays for the medical checkup visit. So out of pocket it is. He is the best option to get your money’s worth Thanks Dr. Abrams and his team

The doctor will see you...in 7-14 days or more. Times are always during working hours and if you ask for an early morning appointment they will tell you next month or longer. The doctor seems too busy to really care about you. Feels like a production line and they’re just trying to get you out of there. There are far better providers in the area, avoid this doctor
