Super Unfriendly and Unprofessional
Not only was the wait tremendously long each visit but she was so unfriendly and rude. She had no compassion and all she did was constantly tell me I was gaining too much weight. She told me I should only gain 15 pounds throughout my entire pregnancy. My son was 9 pounds so in her stupid logic I should have gained only 6 pounds. I asked her what would happen if I had to have a c-section (1st time Mom here) and she told me she didn’t have to answer me. I’m so thankful I switched doctors because I did have to have a c-section after all and she probably would have killed me. She was so rude and ruined my entire pregnancy experience until I switched doctors.

She’s great!
After my life long on/gyn closed his practice, it took me a very long time to find another one I felt comfortable seeing. I have a long term gynecological issue that is very difficult for me both physically as well as emotionally. She is amazing as is her staff. Hannah is so sweet and caring and Dr. M is just amazing. She put me at ease immediately. We have a plan of action and I feel so fortunate to have found her. She listened to me and was knowledgeable and showed compassion for me. I would recommend her to anyone needing an ob/gyn.

Love Dr Mascorro
I have had the best experiences with Dr Mascorro. I’ve seen her since 2015 and have had 2 children delivered by her and am currently seeing her with my 3rd pregnancy. They are very hospitable and very compassionate to you. I had a miscarriage between my first and second and then had irregular cycles. I couldn’t get pregnant and Krystal and Dr Mascorro worked with me to get pregnant. The course we went was successful and Dr Mascorro delivered my second son in 2020. I wouldn’t trust anybody else honestly. I love her office and I recommend everyone to her. Every doctor has a bad rep for whatever reason but they are human and make mistakes. As well as a very busy office seeing a lot of people. It’s easy for some people to slip through the cracks.

Love her!
Deciding to go to their office and having her as my doctor was the best choice I made. Her nurses are amazing and always greeting me with a smile and positivity. Even the girls I talk to over the phone. they seem to genuinely listen to what I'm saying even if it's just conversations about our personal lives. Dr. Mascarro herself is great! I always recommend her to my friends or if anyone asks about a good ob in the area. She is honest and straightforward which is what I love. She definitely doesn't sugar coat anything which is perfect because I feel like anyone who is concerned about their health wouldn't want things to be sugar coated. She's very professional and kind. Even with the post partum check up after having my baby we talked more about how I was feeling mentally than physically. Of course doing okay physically is just as important but she genuinely understands how hard it can be on moms post partum and she cares about that.

Horrible service
My daughter had a miscarriage and the doctor showed no compassion towards her and my daughter had lots of questions which they failed to answer. They don’t bother to communicate with my daughter about any of her results from lab work. The only way was for my daughter to keep calling and asking

Not friendly office for mental health concerns
I would not recommend Dr. Mascorro's office if you are managing mental health concerns. After surgery for endometriosis, I was put on medicine which badly affected my existing depression, PTSD, and anxiety. Dr. Mascorro did not listen to my concerns and simply wanted to put me back on the same medication, despite the fact it exacerbated my anxiety and depression to a dangerous point. She refused to believe that hormonal changes could impact my mental health and afforded me no dignity whatsoever in our exchanges. During the follow-up exam after surgery, she started the internal exam without warning me, which was painful, startling, and violating. She dismissed my concerns at the end of the visit, telling me that endometriosis is always painful and difficult and that at least I didn't have cancer. I have since found a doctor who works with my mental health conditions and endometriosis and shows me respect as both a patient and a person.

Dr. Mascorro and her entire staff are amazing. I have been with her now for nearly four years after she was recommended to me while I was expecting our first. She is very encouraging during the entire process including delivery. Her staff with yearly visits is just as competent! Love all of the ladies! Would recommend to anyone!

My experience was not good. Horrible in fact. Mascorro and her office made appointments 3 times for me to be induced because of preclamy which I DID NOT HAVE. They kept confusing me with someone els but this was very unsettling for a first time mom. Mascorro made several mistakes during delivery that endangered myself and my son. She did not listen to concerns post delivery either. I will never recommend her.

Thanks to Dr. Mascorro, her staff and the staff at the birthing center, I had a wonderful experience with my first pregnancy. I gave birth in April 2016 and I truly feel like the whole process was incredibly wonderful and positive. Dr. Mascorro was recommended to me by a few friends who delivered their first babies with her (I'm a military wife new to the area). I appreciate that Dr. Mascorro was encouraging during the delivery and made me feel at ease. Hendricks, you've impressed me!
