Excellent pediatrician, listens to parents!
I find it difficult to find pediatricians willing to listen to parents lately. No issue with Dr. Jakubowski! He doesn't attempt to steamroll parents into doing what he thinks best; he educates and recommends but is willing to let well-meaning parents make the final decisions for their children. It is easy to partner with him for my children's health needs!

HANDS DOWN BEST DOCTOR ON THE PLANET!!!My children ages 12 to 26 were all DrJaks patients. Currently My younger kids no longer see him because we live near college station now and we miss him terribly! My children ages 12 to 26 were all DrJaks patients. Now my daughter has him for my grand daughters pediatrician. And she couldnt be happier! When we left he still had a fabulous staff who all treated us like family! But it has been since summer 2015 since we have seen this excellent doctor. But i recommend him to anyone wanting an highly educated caring doctor who even gets out of bed on a weeKend at 3am to see his patient at th ER! Not many docs even do that..! I rate him 5+ stars across the board!! And if insurance would allow would travel 300 miles to see him!

Dr. Jak has been my children’s pediatric for over 19 years and he’s wonderful. It’s sad to say that we will not be seeing him any longer due to his recent new staff. Very rude, disrespectful and NO Customer Service what so ever. This staff has no business representing the Doctor. The way I was spoken to, no one should be working behind the desk dealing with ppl. I will continue to spread the word out on how unprofessional this staff is.

I am not pleased with the way Dr. Jakubowski handled our Driscoll urgent care trip. He was very short and my child did not feel comfortable at all. He was in the room maybe 5 min. My child had been sick for three days. I was convinced after the three day it was not viral and took her on a Sunday to Driscoll urgent care. He said it was viral to give her Tylenol and left the room. Took her the next day to her pediatrician still running temp. She had a horrible upper respiratory infection.

Dr. Jak has been my children’s pcp for over 10 Years.. He is one of the best pediatricians I know highly recommend. Only problem is his office is kind of small. But we drive over an hour to his office and it’s worth it.
