Honestly terrifying that he is in medicine. Apathetic to the point of questioning his moral drive. Maybe he should be in the study of biomedical sciences. Anything else but people. Upon meeting him at a helpful clinic I initially I thought that perhaps he was tired, bored, unusually reserved or he didn't like me. I think he might actively be hurting people from his detachment and apathy. He construeded, misattributed and misunderstood detailed personal accounts from me during our assessment and actually became short tempered a half hour in as I began to try sharing that his judgement of me was making me kind of uncomfortable. He clearly is within personal motives. 0/5 and deserves to be reported to a medical board. It's so validating and reliving to read the reviews here. I've experienced impersonal damaging psychiatry before, so I thought my event with him was out of an old bias. I should have more self respect for my needs and preliminarily read personal reviews when it matters.

I found Dr. Bennett to be lacking in human relation skills. He cancelled my services with him due to having mental health symptoms, which is why I was seeing him to begin with.

This was the worst experience Iv ever had to endure. When I wasn’t understanding what he was saying and asked more questions he said I was trying to argue. Was not trying to argue, was looking for help understanding... when I told him I really didn’t like how angry he was getting he said he didn’t like that I was trying to argue so “we were even.” I told him I did not need someone who wanted to get even I needed help getting better , I got up and walked out, he continued to say rude comments as I was leaving. Someone must do something about this. If people are here to get mental help, he just made things 10x worse.

Dr Bennett is by far the worst doctor I have ever seen! First of all, his personality is horrible. He is arrogant, demeaning, omnipotent and abusive. He did a very poor job of establishing any sort of background and didn't seem to care either. He didn't read my past medical history at all. I can't believe he is allowed to practice medicine, he is disturbed and needs help...

My experience with Dr. Bennett was the worst ever! He asked me a lot of questions, but failed to actually listen to me. He treated me horribly and almost made me cry, but I was not going to give him the satisfaction. Seems to me maybe he forgot the reason why he studied to be in his profession( to help people). He must not know what it is like to go thru devastating times in life because if he did he wouldn't have treated me like garbage!

Bad. I saw him DR. Murray Bennett at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle around 2011. He began the session stating he was basically in charge. Came across very arrogant. Unfortunately, this community in CA is now experiencing his questionable behavior and ethics, sad because he is in mental health. Patients who encounter this/his behavior, report it to medical board.

The WORST doctor ever. When nothing worked I decided to do my own research. Found that 4 of the 5 prescriptions, could have had a fatal interaction with Gilenya. 2 of which I had a bad reaction to. When I told Dr. Bennett about my research, he called me a liar and a ton of other hostile words. Then, as I'm about to leave, he admitted he didn't know anything about Gilenya and sat at the computer for research. He doesn't care about his patients, that's why I wrote the Medical Board on him.

Awful. He asks questions straight from a computer. Doesn't sympathize with you. Based on the results of what his computer says he diagnoses you. You can tell that all he cares is making money by prescribing you pills. Diagnosed me wrong by having depression when I DID NOT feel depressed whatsoever.
