Arrogant elitist nearly killed my wife
From day one he was an arrogant guy. Bedside matter stunk. When my wife’s sister died, he didn’t even address it until before he left the room and said sorry about your sister and walked out. On Tuesday, June 4, 2025 my wife &I went to see him for her upper back pain. She has a fractured spine. Prior to that visit he had told her that he would give her another shot for that spot, but on Tuesday he said he wanted to go through physical therapy and then do another MRI and also other stuff so he didn’t live up to his word. then he gave her medicine that on Wednesday made her drastically ill because it clashed with medicine that she was already on. She almost died. He should have told her that he wanted to bring her down off of one of the medicines that produced side effects that mimic a mini stroke. It was a terrible event that happened on Wednesday morning and frankly we’re thinking about talking to the head of the hospital about this as well as talking to a lawyer.

Wonderful experience
I took my elderly parents to see Dr. Bentley after they had been told by others 'there's nothing more we can do for you.' Dr. Bentley not only had options for them but explained them clearly and made a plan that was easy to understand. Furthermore he was patient and kind to my parents which means the world to me!!

I am 70 years old and Doctor Bentley has been helping me manage my back pain from a herniated disc since 2016. He is one of the nicest and effective doctors I have ever met. I am in charge of maintenance at a hospital and have a very physically demanding job (climbing ladders etc.) and He has managed to help me never miss a day's work because of my back. I highly recommend Him for any pain related issues !

Dr Bentley is a life saver
Dr Bentley was the only one who was willing to treat me .. After YEARS of trying to find a pain management doctor.. and then them not helping me. They look at my tattoos/piercings and colored hair and assume I’m a drug seeker. Dr Bentley saw ME! and helped me off strong meds to more natural pain medications and injections. I was drinking wine at night self medicating for pain for years … I was afraid it would become a problem. I had moments of depression and wasn’t sure how long I could live like that. Dr Bentley most assuredly saved my life … you reach a point where you feel hopeless. He gave me hope and I’m feeling so much better. He and his staff have always been kind and respectful, I couldn’t recommend them more!

Excellent Experiences
Dr. Bentley is a highly skilled, honest professional with exceptional listening skills and body language (including eye contact), and he's attentive to maintaining a quality dialog. He also has an understanding of his patients' needs and desires and will strive to meet them. He has gone far and above any expectations in phone communications, covering the topic and NOT just cognizant of the timeframe - he "has time for you." In addition, the practice is thorough and available. The nurses are a delight and double check when a procedure is to be performed. What is more, I can reach Eric (or another professional) by e-mail, and the e-mails are attended to almost immediately, so it's comforting to be able to get answers to questions in rapid time - not like others that take weeks to respond or those who do not even have the e-mail capability or the physician never responding. This practice is awarded five stars and exceeds the many practices of which in which I've been a patient.

I was very disrespected and put down by Dr. Bentley. I have a history of drug abuse, but I have been clean for over 10 years, which is something I'm very proud of. I do occasionally have a few sips of wine at night for sleep but that has never been a problem for me as with 90% of society. I was told he wouldn't help me. I have a severe bleeding ulcer! Dr. Bentley should not be allowed to practice medicine if this is how he handles patients. Stuck up, rude, ignorant, and absolutely no sympathy.

Been seeing Dr Bentley for quite some time through numerous procedures. This man cares about his patients. He and the whole staff have ALWAYS treated me with respect and have done their best to care for my pain. Its still not fantastic, but all I can think of is these complaints are from people who were forced back to work, or wanted to be given doses and doses of narcotics rather than look for other means to get rid of their pain.

Great in person. Seems like he really cares. He doesn't. Took 4 days to get my MRI results back to me. Four days after my procedure for him to call in the prescriptions he told me to take. Called the office daily asking to find out what was going on. They sympathize, but what can they do. No really, that's basically what they say.

Doctor Bentley was a good enough Doctor to send me to a University Doctor because of the complexity of central pain syndrome. He felt more minds was better than more drugs. That is a good doctor

Pompous, unprofessional, incompetent and a quack! If you want to have your pain managed, you are better off going to your PCP. This guy will do nothing for you! He'll offer you prescription Advil (did nobody tell him that it's one of the worst NSAID's on your organs?), send you to PT, massage, and... tell you to see their therapist to TALK about your pain! Despite having multiple MRI's to prove you're in constant pain, if you're young, then too bad, he doesn't care!
