Dr. William Bromley, DO

As many above have stated, the staff is absolutely some of the rudest I have ever experienced.

The best Dr. I've ever had! He listens to everything I have to say, always has a comment, plus has a fantastic sense of humor.

Had terrible experience. Cost my insurance 200,000 dollars and nearly died and over a stupid technicality of his name not being on my insurance card which the insurance company even said was ok they would honor the appointment anyway. It was just "his office rules" according to the office manager. So after waiting three months for this appointment, I wouldn't be seen, and had to get a new card due to "his" office rules not my insurance company's and then wait another 2 months for a new appointment. In the mean time I was about to die, couldn't get my meds renewed, over dosed, and ended being hospitalized in 3 different hospitals Stay away from this doctor and his office.

This place is the worst! I should've left and found a new doctor LONG ago!!!! The staff is EXTREAMLY rude, and it TAKES FOREVER to get an appointment!!!! They have been reported to the NJ medical board!! DO NOT GO HERE, Plenty of other doctors out there!!!!

I had a very unpleasant visit yesterday. First, the girl who took my blood pressure was very nice but I know she did not take an accurate blood pressure, if your going to do it, do it right. Second, I Waited 43 minutes to see the doctor & when he came in the room he did not even apologize for making me wait. I understand that doctors get busy but this is ridiculous. Lastly, the way Dr.Bromley spoke was not friendly at all and he talked down to me. I will be finding another doctor ASAP.

What a shame. Dr is excellent however, his staff is so rude I will not be returning

Receptionist is extremely brash and could care less. Needs manners when speaking to patients.

I have known Dr. Bromley for about 10-15 years now and I don't have one bad thing to say about him , he is always professional on time and always goes above and beyond what most people would never do. I myself have had health issues and he is always available whenever I needed him, he has been wonderful to my family and especially to my parents who are both Senior Citizens and have needed a lot of care at times. I highly recommend Dr. Bromley to anyone who is looking for a great new doctor .
