Rude receptionist. I was embarrassed by the way she spoke to me on the phone when I asked if Dr. Brown was taking new clients. She was rude and abrupt. Now, I am in health care and know that this is not inspired health. I just hope this is not an indication of what to expect as my search for a primary care physician continues.
