He saved my life over and over again.
Dr Chen literally saved my life in 1986. I came to him with a rare medical problem, dying, as he put it. What I didn't know is that my airway was almost closed. No doctors could diagnose me I've been like that for over a year and by the time I got to see him I was at deaths door. He wanted me to have surgery right away but my son was in a Christmas play. I wasn't going to miss that. I had to have somebody with me 24 hours a day. Anyway I have never forgotten him or his wife they were just starting to have kids. If I ever go down to Fairfield I will look you up. This man is the best doctor anybody could ever have. I don't have to tell you he rates the highest as they go. I don't know how many tracheal subglottic stenosis patients you've had in the years. Best of luck. Bobbie McCluskey

My first time at Dr. Chen’s office was a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. When I say that Dr. Chen and his medical assistant at Bay Medical for Cosmetic & Láser Surgery made me feel comfortable at all times and even made me smile when I left, then you can believe they are the best. I am so grateful and I appreciate Dr. Chen willingness to answer all my questions and advise me on what was suitable for my needs.
