Dr. Corin has a brusque manner about him. He is DIRECT. Almost curt. I'm sure he will not appeal to everyone. He drops 'words of wisdom' which I find myself recalling, even quoting him in conversations, months later. He is disciplined, and exacting. I find that admirable. He has inspired me to change my life/style, and has given me goals for which to aim. I like him. I think he is a good doctor.

If I had stayed with this doctor, I would be dead right now! He feels the older generation should make room for the younger people that can be saved. He was over his head with my condition; and it is very complicated. However, he sent me home to die without searching for help. His manner is horrible and he complained about his job. When I went into AFIB, he did not catch it until I asked about it. He never went over any results other than it is fine. If I could give a zero I would.

I consulted Dr. William Corin after my Venice internist had seriously misdiagnosed my poor health as kidney failure when it was actually progressive heart failure. Under Dr. Corin's unique style of care my health stabilized, and over 3 years of strictly following his rules and medication I have reached the age of 90 and am feeling great and enjoying life.
