Myself and my husband are both patients, been seeing him since 1999 , He takes very good care of us and would recommend him to anyone.

He was down to earth and very professional. I received injections in shoulder and knee.

Explains everything very well, answers all my questions, and I’m very grateful he’s my doctor!

Dr Crotwell is the best!

Dr. Crotwell treats me for shoulder and knee problems. He’s an excellent doctor. He takes time and explains things , in a way that I can understand. He will definitely do all he can to help you.

I have been seeing him for over 30 years. I have RA and fall a lot causing a lot of joint problems. I’m not a candidate for surgery he does dura injections in my knees it’s helped so much.

Poor Dr. Crotwell, I am so clumsy he has to see me quite often. Shoulder, knee, shoulder again, rear hip. Or was it the other way? Boy, am I glad he puts up with me. He shows me my scans and explains what it is and what caused it. If I give him that confused look, he says ' let me put it in simpler terms.' If I am worried, it's like he knows it, and says something to make me laugh. On my good days, it's payback time. He never knows what's gonna come out this mouth!! His nurse is amazing as well. Go Brooke! I'm so glad to be able to say, ' Oh, you should see my Orthopedic, Dr. Crotwell, He is amazing!

Only doctor I have seen since 2003 took very good care of me

To all my arthritic friends, Dr.Crotwell understands arthritis… I have a difficult to diagnose case of arthritis. I was scared he would not be able to do anything for me…Dr.Crotwell is very knowledgeable, listened, and explained. He treated me very well. He was very thorough and even made me laugh at some point. He is a person that has earned my trust through his actions. He has a awesome office too. My nurse, she was kind and knowledgeable too! I left the appointment happy with my doctor, happy with every interaction i had at his office. Im ecstatic to have him as my doctor.

Dr Crotwell briefs himself on your case before he ever walks into the examination room. Because of this practice, Dr Crotwell is able to spend time with you explaining exactly what is going on. He listens to you, he values your input. He is quick to suggest and offer alternative forms of treatment even if that means referring you out to a different doctor. Dr Crotwell is the reason I chose AOC

I would recommend him to anyone. He takes his time with his patients and explains things where anyone can understand. He is truly the best. He has helped me in many ways.

Professional and very thorough, especially on first visit. Unfortunately on some subsequent visits they were running very behind and I felt rushed. He usually spends significant time reviewing your tests and explaining them to you and showing you X-rays and MRIs etc. Very good at explaining things in understandable terms. A sweetheart of a guy. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr Crotwell was very friendly and thorough. Very knowledgeable. Will continue to use. I like his attitude.

Please think twice before using AOC. Recent experience very unprofessional and lacking in pain relief and call back. My Dr. Crotwell is not interested in your pain or finding a correct diagnosis, in my personal experience. Any laymen knows a basic x ray will not expose a rotator cuff injury or tear. The longer you fail to correctly dismiss this diagnosis with a needed MRI, the longer and more damaging the injury becomes. Amazing he and staff seem to ignore more requests for horrible pain. Just my personal opinion and personal observation.
