Thorough Doctor
He discussed my problems in depth and in plain language. His exam was very thorough and I left the appointment feeling relieved that my condition wasn't a major problem.

nasal surgery
it was discovered that I my nasal passages were really narrow and I had a deviated septum making it difficult to sleep at night and causing an extremely dry mouth from mouth breathing disrupting my sleep. I went in for surgery in August and it has had a major positive impact on my life. I now sleep 7-9 hours a night. I can also walk 35 miles a day, I had no idea that my constant tiredness was related. Amazing! I woul refer all to Dr. Culviner if they are looking for an ENT.

Thorough and Detailed
He listened to my concerns and did a thorough examination. He suggested a surgical procedure that makes sense and I am going to move forward with it. I want to breathe better in the future.

Worth the wait
It took me a while to get an appointment, but the doctor took good care of me. He gave me a good explanation of my problem and set up a detailed evaluation and treatment.

Like throwing money down the drain
I was very disappointed with my visit with Dr. Culviner. He charged me $570.00, for an in office scope, that lasted less than 30 seconds. Price gouger!! If you are going to charge astronomical amounts I think you should give the patient the option of refusing the procedure......Then I tried to refute the bill....the only person making a decision on my complaint is Dr. Culviner himself. Of course my complaint isn't going to go anywhere. It was a horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Culviner to anyone. Stay away unless you like watching your money wash down the drain!

Dr Dud
I had a cursory exam. Dr Culviner showed very little interest in discussing anything .....it seemed that he wanted me gone! No eye contact at all....I asked about getting checked for polyps which he totally disregarded. I will never go back to him as he is probably the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor

Changed my life for the better & now I can breathe
Dr. Culviner is getting a 5-star review because that is the level of care and expertise I experienced while I was his patient recently. I needed deviated septum surgery and he was able to correct my problem with zero complications post-op. I healed according to the schedule he estimated and am thrilled with the final results. I am breathing so much better and now can actually sleep uninterrupted through the whole night. Dr. Culviner is highly knowledgable and a skilled surgeon, and I highly recommend you schedule with him if you need to have a deviated septum repaired. The surgery went smoothly, and I experienced a high level of care at the check-ins afterwards while I was healing. I feel lucky to have been his patient and recommend him wholeheartedly. A lifetime of Thank Yous to Dr. Culviner!

Never met him
Really needed this visit today to help my ear but the front desk staff wouldn’t allow my appointment after they failed to do there due diligence during my scheduling of the appointment. Instead I won’t be going back to this unprofessional office. Unfortunately the Dr takes the fall on this review but he is accountable for his staff. They should be there to help and resolve not push away and move on. Do better this was scheduled for weeks. Now I need to find a new dr and wait longer with a clogged ear.

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL
He was very rude, was not interested in my situation that I had going on what so ever kept telling me everything was due to my prior diagnosis of covid, but I had my issues prior to covid. He wanted to perform an nasal endoscopy and I refused the procedure due to him being aggressive when performing the procedure. when I did he was RUDE and angry and told me there is nothing he can do due to me not allowing him to proceed with the procedure, besides sending me for a CT scan and sending me on my way. I wouldnt recommend this doctor to my worse enemy!

Lousy experience
Not only did I wait forever in the exam room, Dr Culviner showed absolutely no interest in what I was telling him about my situation. It was suggested that I get an allergy test and they would set it up and contact me. Needless to say, that never happened. And it should also be noted, the facility was a dump.

Very knowledgeable. Kind and courteous. He discovered my early stage 1 cancer! I have had numerous visits to the office throughout my treatments. Every single time he has given me his full attention. Answered questions and helped me have a smoother time during my recovery. His staff are also courteous and they care. Very efficient. A++ recommendation.

He performed a procedure on me and the doc didn't even do the procedure correctly. After getting "strange" results from the procedure, Dr. Culviner suggested I get my tonsils removed, then 5 minutes later recommended I have surgery on my neck, then changed it to me getting a guided procedure (which would be the same EXACT procedure he already did). Changed doctors and found a good one. That same procedure was done by new doc and found out I have cancer.
