Dr.Dowling is the best urology doctor i have ever been to he is so nice to visit and talk to and always cares about his patients he is always looking and caring about everyone he is the best

Dr. Dowling is very thorough, caring, knowledgeable and an excellent physician. Many members of my family see him as a urologist too. Highly recommend him!!

This doctor has absolutely no bed side manner. After I had surgery, the doctor never came out to talk to my family. His office is horrible for scheduling appointments. Dr. Dowling made me feel like he didn't care---he showed no emotion at all.
