You couldn’t ask for a better GI Doctor. Colon issues run in my family line and I trust him 100% with my GI care…..100%!

My first appointment with Dr Ergen was January 2019. When I was experiencing a severe, debilitating flare up of ulcerative colitis. Dr Ergen was kind and attentive. He offered a treatment plan. I was cautious so I visited a Vanderbilt specialist for a second opinion. Dr Ergen consulted with Vanderbilt, was receptive and modified the treatment plan to include specific infusions.The infusions have changed my life. I have biked 25-35 miles daily in Croatia, Sicily, Slovenia, Italy, Vietnam, Cambodia, Banff and Saguaro National Parks.Infusions every eight weeks and lab work monitoring have restored my health. Also, I follow a plant based lifestyle and take a probiotic common in Germany and many other countries..I am now 77 and going biking in South Africa.Thank you, Dr Ergen.

The doctor explained everything in the procedure and what the outcomes could be. Very Pleasant. Very knowledgeable.

He takes his time explaining everything about the procedure and answers every question a patient has. I was not rushed on my first visit to explore my health issues. He suggested anEGD and exactly what that was.

Dr. Ergen explained everything throughly and kindly. He and everyone assisting with the procedure were attentive, accommodating, and caring. Everyone in the office seemed to love their job. A colonoscopy isn’t fun, but Dr. Ergen and his staff made sure it was as pleasant as it could possibly be.

This was my first colonoscopy with Dr. Ergen. Dr. Ergen and his staff were wonderful. I felt totally comfortable with everyone. Mike (anesthesiologist) and Jade in the surgical suite explained everything to me prior to the procedure as did Dr. Ergen. I can’t say I’m looking forward to the prep again in five years, but I definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else for the procedure.

I had my 5 year repeat colonoscopy on Wed. I previously went to Dr.Maves but he has since retired. I was assigned to Dr Ergen this time around. I found him to have a great bed side manor. Very friendly and kind. I liked him immediately. Nice smile - very comforting. The test went well and nothing significant was found. When he came to see me afterwards he was very thorough in explaining everything and let me go very quickly which I appreciated. Hopefully I wont have to see him for another 5 years but if I do I wont mind it. Thank you Dr Ergen.

I was very pleased with how the procedure went, all the staff was very pleasant. The only issue I had was the time it took from the time I was prepped to the time I was taken back for the procedure to begin. I do understand that doctors sometimes have difficulty from patient to patient, but it would have been nice to have that explained to me and also to my wife who was waiting and was wondering why it was taking so for me to be taken back for the procedure . 90% of the total process was great.

Doctor Ergen genuinely cares about his patients. I’ve never felt rushed at an appointment. He listens to any concerns. I had a surgery and his nurse checked in several times to see how I was doing. I can’t say enough about what a great doctor he is.

Doctor Ergen is the best. He took time to make sure I understood the procedure and answer any concerns.

Staff was efficient and helpful. From the receptionist to the person who helped me to my ride when it was over, everyone acted as though they really enjoyed helping the patients. And Dr. Ergen took time to talk with me and explain everything before and after the procedure. Wonderful experience!

This was my first procedure with Dr Ergen and his team. Their process is smooth, efficient, and professional delivering an exceptional outcome. Very impressive! All healthcare providers are not the same. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced a few I would rather forget. This one I will gladly remember for the quality of care.

Dr. Ergen has treated myself and other family members and makes absolutely sure that we are taken care of. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dr Ergen takes time to throughly assess the problem and is very thoughtful in considering options to resolve the symptoms.
