We traveled a long distance to have this "expert" develop a diagnosis for our daughter's long 5 year battle with IBD. He was dismissive and arrogant. He told us biologics a widely used drug "could kill her." His nurse explained his priority is his research patients. He did not properly diagnose our child nor look at the 5 years of history we spent time sending in advance. We bought into the myth of the Mayo Clinic's collaborative approach with innovative solutions. Do not waste your money.
