Rude, bitter front desk staff. You will wait a week for a call-back from the nurse or other staff. The doctor only sends in scripts at the end of the day and he might forget.

Great Primary care physician
Dr Feldmann is very knowledgeable, and gives you a straight answer whether you like it or not, I think is an important character trait for a Dr.

Horrible office staff
Hard to get a live person to talk with. Phones go to voice mail and they say they will call back. More than twice they said they left messages with me but phone records no calls from their office. Dr requires routine annual exams twice a year. Even without any health complaints

Communication/listening skills/compassion are lacking,Office wait is long, for 15 min. appt. doctor would rather stare at the computer than actually care for patient, (15 min. = $375) Office=chaos, Staff=rude, money making is the role in this office and I would not even send my pets there. Transfers take over 3 months. Healthcare lacks all together with this office. If you have medical needs, go elsewhere. Lesson learned: Research a doctor's office and make sure they are good fit for you.
