It’s not him, it’s his staff
My husband has been trying to get an appointment for a gel injection in his knee, which insurance has approved, but since my insurance was changing in 3 weeks his scheduling staff would not schedule the appointment for fear they’d not get paid. Now, new insurance is in place and my husband STILL cannot book an appointment. Now the scheduling staff say his insurance information is incorrect. I had my insurance call, but as is typical, he was on hold for over 8 minutes and never got to speak to anyone, and my husband still has no appointment. Expand your scheduling staff and/or add phone lines. I, myself, called and waited on hold for 15 minutes and never spoke to anyone. This is extremely frustrating.
