I was referred to Dr. William Frazier for a sleep study. I explained to him that I had been on a CPAP device before and couldn't sleep with it. He assured me that the masks and equipment had changed. I consented to the sleep study and the technician that administered it was wonderful. The problem is that after the first sleep study, I was charged almost 400 from Dr. Frazier to read the study. Then they set up a second sleep study to try masks and adjust the
