Bad meeting
Poor assessment of the patients condition, did regard or failure to consider previous medical records and failure to complete the session as promised. Said they would set up rehab consultation and they would call to see up a l service, no calls have happened.

I was left bleeding for over an hour after visit. The doctor could not be bothered to check on me or explain. He is usually in a hurry and does not explain what's wrong.

Very professional and pays attention to your needs
He greats you with a handshake and just that alone shows he is a personable Dr. I am fortunate to have him as My ENT . I am from a different state with a very complex case and he has been excellent with his care and understanding of my needs . I would recommend him to anybody who needs a great ENT that will listen to what is on your mind or what is troubling you .

Amazing
Knowledge, kind, didn’t rush the visit, answered all questions, made sure to answer so everyone understands, up for a challenge, competent, and real! Yes, this doctor is real, no strings attached (that I have found) and is in Minnesota! Dr. Garvis reviewed my case, and found another dehischense, he saw me again after a fall to determine damage, and went over ever step of surgery twice. He wasn’t shy about the surgery or possible issues. All around a honest talented ENT surgeon, very talented

Ist first with Dr. Garvis
Doctor Garvis was very thorough at my appointment. Explained everything that needed to be done to my ear and by mastoid gland. He made me very comfortable with the procedure for my upcoming surgery.

Hand down the best doctor I've ever seen
Hands down the best doctor I've ever seen! He spent sooo much time with me that at nearly an hour into my appointment I had to be the one to cut it short due time constraints.He showed and explained things using diagrams, models, my CT. He used analogies and stories to explain my condition in lay terms. The man is brilliant and actually cares. I was so impressed and could not recommend him more!
