Dr Grover did cataract surgery on both my eyes. My vision improved dramatically. He is friendly, gentle and very professional. He is willing to listen and answer all my questions. I feel like I was given expert care. I highly recommend Dr Grover.

I had a scratch on my eye that was not healing as quickly as I hoped. Dr. Grover listened to me, thoroughly checked my eye and provided information, eye drops, and specific directions for what to do. He was very personable, gentle, and took time to explain what was going on. Everyone in the office treated me with respect and care. My eye healed within a few days of my visit.

I was disappointed that everything in the office was so rushed and Dr. Grover, who seems quite knowledgeable, was racing through everything and not focused on the patients concerns. When it comes to the eyes this is really important to take the necessary time with each client in order to make a good judgement about next steps.

Absolutely wonderful. The Staff was thoughtful, professional and courteous throughout the appointment. The office seemed to utilize and abide by all the Covid guidelines. Office was busy and organized but I never felt rushed.

Finding out I had cataracts and needing surgical intervention was stressful. However, I was referred to a very knowledgeable, compassionate group. Dr. William Grover and his team made my process very easy and stress free. They answered all my questions and their follow through was superior. He listens to you and does not make you feel rushed. I will strongly encourage others to seek his care when the time comes.

I had both of my cataracts removed in July, 2020, three weeks apart. Dr. Grover and the technicians at Charlottesville Eye Associates thoroughly explained and provided written information on the procedure, did a myriad of tests and measurements, and discussed my options for the Intraocular Lenses. I opted for the astigmatism correction lens in the right eye (which had an out-of-pocket cost) and the regular lens in the left (completely covered by Medicare). The surgeries went very quickly and smoothly, I now have 20/15 vision bilaterally and I do not notice any residual astigmatism in the right eye. I would highly recommend Dr. Grover and his team at Cville Eye.

Dr. Grover is very personable, and takes the time to ask questions and explain things. He is knowledgeable and thorough and came highly recommended by my optometrist. With a rare, but chronic eye condition, when it flares up, I need to be seen ASAP. From the time I called, Dr. Grover's staff got me in within a few hours.
He was exceptionally knowledgable about the condition. After the situation was resolved, he made certain to remind me he would be available 24/7 should I get another flare up, and to call immediately, regardless of the time, or day of the week to be seen after hours if necessary.
Dr. Grover is a very pleasant, knowledgable physician who treats his patients with respect, listens to your concerns, and sees you as a person, not just a case. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dr Grover performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes - the right on 5/29/18, and the left on 7/18/18. It has now been over 3 months for both, and I am absolutely delighted with the results. Dr Grover is extremely good and very professional. The results are better than I could have imagined. Dr Grover made a stressful procedure amazingly comfortable. On a scale of 10, I give and his supportive staff a 10 Plus!

I have been totally impressed with care from Dr Grover and assistant Xavier.
Dr Grover appears to be a very caring,knowledgable doctor.I am so happy that I made this choice to require his service for cataract removal bilateral.He was always on time,went that extra mile to make sure you understand surgical procedure. Xavier and Dr Grover seem to work so well together.They are kind and caring.Sometimes that seems to get lost in patient contact. I highly recommend Dr Grover to any one seeking care
