No people skills. Doesn’t follow up at all. Snappy, rude.

let my health slip through the cracks almost died
mast visit with hartley did a MRI took didn't get the results after ten days i called numerous times was told hartley hadn't sign off on results so they won't release them i could feel myself getting very weak. so i switch doctors at memorial switched cardiologist apparently the switch was informed i was switching doctor from hartley shortly thereafter I got a letter in my memorial portal from hartley stating he " let me health slip through the cracks". days later I had TAVR procedure to replace Aortic valve. I should have been told MUCH earlier that the last MRI showed it was time to have the TARV, i was told that my heart was so weak it stopped during the procedure i was informed by truly professional doctors. also, there was no apology in the portal message from hartley for letting my health SLIP THROUGH THE CRACKS very unprofessional treatment i received. stay away from here is you are a proud black male.
