Really bad office staff
Office people are belligerent, and do not want to straighten things out for patients. Dr. Hayes is great, but then turns you over to a DEI assistant who keeps sending over the WRONG prescription then blames the pharmacy for their incompetence., and then the whole office joins his incompetence. Now I need to pick up the paper prescription's so I can make sure they are correct!Cathy is a good person to go to for help.

I would not recommend this group of physicians. They do not care about the patient. They only care about money. Actually, I've never even met my PCP, as they will never schedule me with an actual MD.

Dr Hayes is knowledgeable, thorough, listens and gives adequate time to communicate your problem. He makes eye contact and is always very kind and caring. He doesn't put you down for having views on alternate holistic healing practices if you have them and works with you. He also gets back to you quickly if you email him when waiting for Test results to come back.

I moved to Southwest Florida (one year ago). I made the mistake of choosing the wrong Primary Care Physician. So, when looking for a replacement for 'the bum', I was careful. Luckily, through the grapevine (people who have been here for years), I found Dr. Hayes. Not only is he great (for me) but, my wife (a former Nurse) likes, and trusts, Dr. Hayes. If you need a good Primary Care Physician, Dr. Hayes is the 'Best' in this area. He takes Medicaide/Medicare and, most insurances. 5 stars ! OMG
