Dr. William Jacks, MD

He is a very, very good doctor, personally I don't change him, he treats you with a lot of professionalism

Dr. Jacks listens to me and we have a good doctor/ patient relationship. Referrals only take a short time to get. The support staff have always been good and helpful in every way for the several years and I do not have any plans to change doctors.

Dr.William is excellent and has been my doctor for more than 15 years, but unfortunately the staff in front do not have experience in treating patients (they do not know what customer services means), it seems as if we were in a welfare office to ask for something free...Today I had an appointment and because I did not have my doctor registered as my main doctor with my insurance, they did not let me see my doctor. My concern is why not check in their system if they are registered as my doctor before the patient arrives for their appointment? They only waste my time, the worst thing is now the second time it happens to me. I'm almost sure the doctors don't realize what's going on with their front staff...

Not a happy patient at all with Dr. Jask's services over the past 3 years. Looking for a new family practitioner, just can't keep going back to a 3rd world physicians office.

Great service

He needs a whole new staff starting from scheduling, referrals and medical assistance. A patient has to wait more than a month for a referral on top of that the referral is the wrong one and they try to blame it on the insurance that it takes too long, but yet the referral is the wrong, doctor doesn’t know what type of a referral to give out to his patients which is very sad because we depend on doctors to help us out due to their expertise . He does not know what’s is going on in his office. And if he does I can’t believe he is allowing the rudeness going on with his staff. These people are so incompetent, unprofessional on top of that the front and back of the office is dirty, if they don’t like to work with patients, in the medical field or have this place clean. They need to find another career and This office needs to be closed down. Put this in reviews so people can see what’s going on.

Dr. William is someone who validates my pain, always listens to my problem, and treats me with professional courtesy. He is a very dedicated professional and knowledgeable about all my questions. Empathetic and very respectful man.

Dr Jacks is a brilliant physician who cares deeply for his patients and the community. He is compassionate and always takes all the time necessary to listen to his patients. He also performs community service for those who do not have the means to pay for medical care. I highly recommend him. EGM

Lack of interest with a touch of arrogance, don't recommend him at all, scheduling horrible, if you are not Mexican you are out of luck.

The doctor is an excellent doctor, however the scheduling part is horrible. I also don't understand how people without appointments get in before I do & that, that I had an appointment. If I call Monday, I won't be able to get in till Wednesday...if that. The staff can be unprofessional at times, talking about personal situations while one is waiting to be checked out.
