Ignored me
Dr. James completely ignored how I injured myself. He saw in the doctors portal a note about I had neuropathy and said that was my problem, didn't care that I damaged my foot. No interest in helping me.If you want someone that isn't going to listen to you, he is your guy!

No compassion !!
Not personable, only gave one option,he used how many years he been a doctor to basically say he's right,he don't listen ! I would never refer anyone to him or allow him to do any surgery on me! I would give zero stars if I could

Watch videos prior to surgery
The instructions for foot surgery were explained very well, but I felt some important info was left out. I suppose I should have watched a few videos but life goes on and I did not. I was not advised that my “entire” leg would be numb, not just the foot. I felt like an idiot for not knowing what to expect. A little confused about how long to wear the post-operative shoe, discharge paperwork stated to wear at all times, seems self explanatory until you have to wear one 24/7. I was bombarded with texts about payment before surgery. And,I felt like a bother at follow up apt because of concerns.Admin, nurse assistants, surgery staff awesome!!! 5 stars!!!

Not goid
Explained my son was 15 several times while I was setting up appointment with the after hours clinic. After arriving at 4:30pm as suggested. After filling out the paper work. I was told they were not able to assist us due to the fact that he was 15 years old.I lost approximately 2 hours of my time(life). I have done multiple surgeries thru this office. Creating thousands of dollars of profit for your business, which I do not object to.But would expect better treatment from this organization.

Very professional and excellent service
I ruptured my Achilles and had it surgically repaired by Dr. James. His attention to detail, urgency, and level of professionalism is in my opinion unmatched by any professionals in the medical field I have ever encountered. He treats his patients as if they are his family and wants nothing but a positive process.
